Headache after headache and I agree with the other review completely, beware of Vanessa, no clue on what she is doing, only employed because of her husband, extremely difficult to deal with, ignored emails, questions, avoided phone calls and tried to scam us of our bond. Changing Places is unprofessional, useless and unknowledgable about real estate guidelines. We couldn't be happier our lease is over and I can happily say I will avoid Changing Places at all costs.
