  I have a had great experience with Belle Property since moving back to Melbourne, mainly due to our property manager Amelia.
  
  She helped us secure a perfect apartment in St. Kilda and has always been easy to talk to, a pleasure to deal with and incredibly responsive when anything needs sorting.

  When I look for a Rental Management Agent, I ask myself is the agent friendly, efficient, approachable to both an owner and a tenant. They are people we trust to look after our investment properties. I have been dealing with Kayla for many years now and have also recommended her rental management services to others. Kayla has exceeded my expectations, I know my property is in good hands with her experience in the industry.   We have been tenants with Belle for years and have always been happy with the service we received. Over the years, we’ve had a couple of great Property managers. Our current one is Amelia Dunn. She’s fantastic! Always relaying updates in an efficient and timely manner. She’s also very friendly and approachable when we have concerns or requests. And she gets on top of things very quickly and get things done. Highly recommend her and Belle property!

  I can highly recommend Belle for leasing out a property. I initially worked with Brodie who set up inspections rapidly and helped me identify a price point I was exceedingly happy with. Since the time of lease, Amelia has been very helpful. There is just enough information that the process isn’t overwhelming, communication is always highly responsive, and overall I get a sense that my property is in safe hands.
  My only recommendation to people considering Belle, is that they negotiate the percentage the agency takes.
