  If you want a fun environment to dance a bit, would like to wear silly costumes and meet other like minded people and not be too serious about learning all the hard bits, this studio is for you. Unlike traditional dance studios, there are virtually no exercises to develop skills and often no warm ups - just short routines that owe as much to pop videos as to tap dancing. Classes are cheaper than most and you can pay by the week which is an advantage if you are not sure if you will like it (and the first class is free). The level of fitness required is not high (classes run for an hour, often it works out being less than that) - hopefully if you like it this might be the fitness plan you can stick to.
