  They’ll break and steal your stuff and then ghost you when you try to find out what’s going on. It’s been months and they never answer the phone/reply to emails. Go anywhere else.

  Paul and his team are amazing. His attention to detail and the care shown is so respectful. He and his team move every piece of furniture as if he were moving his grandmothers body. A great sense of humour and true value of service. He is worth every cent. Trust value respect and a great job !

  AVOID IF YOU LIKE YOUR FURNITURE
  
  I stored my furniture with these guys for 6 months. Upon coming back they were difficult to contact, to the point where I was holding my breath that they would show when they did eventually schedule a time to drop off my furniture.
  
  They did show, and dropped off some furniture, and then asked if "that's everything". I had to look around and try to figure out what's missing, which include my 65" TV. They said they "accidentally left it at the warehouse" and they'll drive the hour back to pick it up. When they brought it back it had a massive scratch across the screen. I also noticed my large Weylandts planter was missing, and he told me he "forgot to mention" that it broke and he was trying to look for a replacement at a pot warehouse. He then offered to glue it back together (even though he didn't bring it back) and that "I wouldn't even be able to notice". He also didn't bring 5 artwork frames back, which I realised and asked him for, and he picked them up with the broken TV. I later realised a box of kitchen items were missing, and this box was never located. Unfortunately I didn't itemise these thing, so I'll be forever questioning what I'm missing.
  
  He also brought someone else's coffee table - stating that he figured it was mine "because it's black". There's no organisation in terms of how they store things; everything is stored together.
  
  He has now disappeared for 2+ months with no resolution for my broken and missing items. If you want cheap storage for items you don't care about, this place is fine, but if you like your furniture I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

  Paul and the team were fantastic, they took great care when moving my furniture, taking all the necessary precautions to achieve a quality outcome. I would highly recommend using Gronow for your next move!

  I had my stuff in storage there. I haven't paid the bill because they won't reply to my messages. Everytime I ring them to arrange payment and relocation of my goods they tell me the person I need to speak with isn't available but assure me that my stuff is there and safe. I fear they may have closed and sold off my stuff. This has been going on for about 8 years. I wonder if it's a deliberate rip off. My stuff would have a value of over? $100,000.
